ROAD ACCIDENT: Woman Faces Felony Charges after Injuring 13 Cyclists in Culver City
December 8, 2011Los Angeles - The Los Angeles District Attorney’s office has filed felony charges against the suspect of the June 16 traffic collision in Culver City that left 13 cyclists injured.
According to reports, the suspect, Christine Dahab, was driving along Jefferson Boulevard when she struck the cyclists.
The incident was formerly investigated by traffic investigators from the Culver City Police Department but was later forwarded to the Los Angeles DA’s office.
Officials have said that Dahab is believed to be under the influence of alcohol when the incident happened.
Dahab will be formally prosecuted on December 22 at the Los Angeles Airport Court, reports added.
