Truck Accident in Malibu Injures Two People
March 2, 2010
Malibu – Two people survived a single-vehicle crash that sent a truck tumbling down an embankment north of Malibu last night.
According to the driver, he swerved to avoid an animal and their truck went off Stunt Road then fell into a ravine and landed 100 feet down the embankment.
The driver and his passenger walked to safety after the vehicle accident.
Responding firefighters, who were sent to the area of Las Virgenes and Puma Roads, came at about 8:43 am and brought the two to a nearby hospital for treatment of facial cuts.
The two truck occupants are expected to recover soon as no serious injuries were detected during their treatment.
