TRAIN ACCIDENT: Ontario Train Accident Victim Identified

Ontario – The San Bernardino coroner’s office has identified the woman who was killed in a train accident in Ontario yesterday.
The victim was identified as Silvia Guadalupe Hurtado, 33, of Banning.
According to Ontario police, Hurtado was pronounced dead at the scene after her 1998 Honda Accord collided with a westbound Union Pacific freight train at about 2:00 p.m. on Milliken Avenue train crossing near Guasti Road and south of Interstate 10.
The cause of the train accident is still unclear.
The Ontario Police are still investigating the circumstances surrounding the crash.
