MOTORCYCLE ACCIDENT: La Verne Cops Investigate Death of Motorcyclist

La Verne – Local police are investigating an accident that resulted in the death of a motorcyclist on 210 Freeway during the weekend.
News reports said the fatality was a 37-year old man from Canyon County but his name was not released pending notification of the victim’s family.
The California Highway Patrol said the man apparently died from serious injuries sustained after his 2008 Harley Davidson motorcycle collided with a 2006 Jeep Cherokee driven by a 19-year old Cypress man.
Authorities said one of the vehicles made an unsafe lane change that resulted in the collision.
The police are calling on any witnesses to the crash.
