ROLLOVER ACCIDENT: LA woman died in Highway 395 rollover accident

Adelanto - A woman died instantly after a rollover accident in Highway 395 near Adelanto Road on Wednesday at 7:20 p.m.

Jazmine Alexis Carter, 20 years old, crossed onto the west shoulder and hit a drainage ditch. Her Toyota vehicle rolled over couple of times, police reports said.

Police said that Carter lost control on the wheels, causing the vehicle to drift and topple.

Carter was ejected 35 yards and landed on southbound lane of Highway 395.

San Bernardino County Fire rushed the woman to Victor Valley Community Hospital, but she died minutes later.

The Sheriff’s Major Accident Investigation Team was still examining the cause of the accident.
