HIT-AND-RUN, BICYCLE ACCIDENT: Father and Daughter Arrested after Hit-and Run Accident which Killed Bicyclist

Canoga Park- A 23-year-old woman and her 44-year-old father have been arrested following a hit-and-run accident last April 20 which claimed the life of a 17-year-old male bicyclist identified as German Romero, said reports.

The bicyclist was traveling along DeSoto Avenue near Valerio Street when a 2003 Toyota Corolla fatally hit him, said authorities.

According to reports, authorities arrested Dominique Rush in Oxnard and she was booked on suspicion of felony hit-and-run and gross vehicular manslaughter. She is being held on a $100,000 bail.

Meanwhile, her father Steven Rush was captured at his house in Porter Ranch. He may be charged for assisting Dominique in her attempt to conceal the incident, said authorities. He is being held on a $20,000 bail.
