PEDESTRIAN ACCIDENT: Ex-LA Dodgers CEO's SUV hits woman on the way to divorce hearing

Los Angeles - Former Los Angeles Dodgers CEO Jamie McCourt's driver hit a pedestrian on the way to a divorce hearing in an LA courthouse on Monday, investigators said.

Jamie Mc Court was on her way to a divorce hearing against Dodgers owner Frank McCourt when her driver struck a woman at courthouse's sidewalk, reports said.

The pedestrian, who works at a nearby building, sustained injuries and was taken to Los Angeles hospital, police said.

Jamie Mc Court was in the front seat while her lawyer stayed in the back seat when the accident happened. Los Angeles Police officers questioned the Land Rover's driver.
