BUS ACCIDENT: Electrical Explosion Injures Bus driver, Damages Building

Los Angeles-- An electrical explosion near the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA) has injured a bus driver and damaged a building at Westwood Boulevard and Weyburn Avenue on Tuesday.
According to Los Angeles police reports, an electrical transformer exploded in Westwood and caused minor injuries to a bus driver who was entering the intersection. The explosion also busted the exterior of a nearby building. There was no fire and no other injuries were reported.
Police notified the Department of Water and Power to repair faulty electrical vault. Authorities are still investigating the details on the cause of accident.
