December 02, 2009
Costa Mesa – An 82-year-old woman died in the hospital where she was taken after being involved in a car collision.
Roberta Coder’s doctor at Mission Hospital said that she died of natural causes that were not related to the Monday accident that caused two drivers and a passenger to be taken to the hospital.
The accident occurred shortly after 12 noon at an intersection when a westbound Chevrolet TrailBlazer on Mesa Drive hit a northbound Newport Boulevard on Newport Boulevard.
Police are still investigating the accident.
