VEHICLE COLLISION: Elderly Driver Dies in San Bernardino Collision

San Bernardino - A 51-year-old male pickup driver has died after he collided with a utility truck along the 138 Freeway, said reports.
The Toyota Tacoma pickup driver Kye Lean, from Anaheim, was moving eastbound at 50 to 55 mph when he suddenly swerved into the westbound lanes on Sheep Bridge in Pinion Hills shortly before 3 p.m.
According to authorities, Lean then collided with the utility truck. He died at the accident area.
