DOG BITE INCIDENT: Colton Boy Saves Mother from Two Attacking Bulldogs, Dog Owners Cited
October 18, 2011
Colton – The owners of the two dogs that attacked a mother in Colton are now being cited for violating California’s leash law, reports said.
According to online news reports, the two bulldogs that bitten Gina Palumbo are now in the custody of animal care and services center for quarantine.
Reports added that the owners are being apprehended for having unlicensed canines and for violating the State’s leash law.
Investigation of the animal attack has claimed that both dogs broke through a fence and started to charge the woman.
Authorities have said that Palumbo’s son, 11-year-old Anthony Rodriguez, scared the dogs away by hitting them with his skateboard.
