Car Pinned Under Big Rig on I-5 Freeway

Anaheim – Authorities are investigating the cause of a truck accident that led to a Toyota Celica being trapped underneath a big-rig on the southbound lane of the I-5 Freeway just past Magnolia Avenue.
According to the California Highway Patrol (CHP), around 20 firefighters from Anaheim and Fullerton responded on the scene to help rescue the woman who was driving the Celica.
The condition of the woman is unknown but she was able to talk to people at the scene after the rescue. She was brought to a nearby hospital for a routine medical examination.
No arrests were made after the incident.
A SigAlert was called at 12:21pm and all lanes were re-opened by 1:26 pm.
