PERSONAL INJURY LAW: Cal Senator’s BAC Withheld after DUI Arrest

Sacramento - Authorities have been cautioned from releasing information regarding blood-alcohol level of a Republican state senator following his DUI arrest near the state Capitol recently.
The LA Times report stated that Senator Roy Ashburn, 55, was arrested after he was allegedly seen driving erratically in downtown Sacramento.
He was given a sobriety test and was brought to Sacramento County Jail where he was booked and released.
Ashburn’s camp refused to comment on the arrest.
The senator is currently representing a district that includes Tulare, San Bernardino, Inyo, and Kern counties.
