TRIP and FALL ACCIDENT: Boy Falls and Hits Head on Sidewalk Dies

Anaheim – An 11-year-old Arizona boy visiting with his family was recently killed after he hit his head on a sidewalk Sunday night, authorities said.

The boy fell and hit his head on the sidewalk of 2000 block of South Harbor Boulevard at about 9pm as he and his family were making their way back to their motel after having dinner. The boy was said to be running ahead of his mother, father, and 13-year-old sister when the accident occurred.

Reports indicate that authorities found the boy unresponsive and took him to UCI Medical Center in Orange where he was later pronounced dead.
