Train Accident: Blue Line Train Hits Man in Long Beach

Long Beach – A southbound Blue Line train hit a 34-year-old man standing near the edge of the platform near Pacific Coast Highway and Long Beach Boulevard, Friday morning.

Fire Department responded at the scene around 11:15 a.m.

The victim suffered serious head injuries and was taken to the nearest hospital for treatment. Authorities said that the victim was in critical condition as of this moment.
