$45 Million Awarded to Woman Paralyzed in a Crash

March 19, 2009

Redwood City, Ca - $45 million was awarded by a judge to a woman, who was paralyzed after being involved in a crash last September 2006.

Division 1 All Service, the company that owns the pick-up truck, and Roman Pantoja, the one driving the pickup blamed for the crash, were ordered by a San Mateo County Superior Court Judge to pay the woman for wage loss, pain and sufferings and medical expenses.

It was estimated by Roth’s attorney that the wages that will be lost because she will no longer be capable of working, along with present and future medical expenses, will reach nearly $25 million.
